The easiest MindSet office to reach

Kearny Mesa sits at the center of San Diego, right where four of the county's main freeways cross. For most patients this is the shortest drive of our three clinics, which matters when treatment runs five days a week.

  • Highway 163: From Mission Valley & downtown

    Straight up the 163 from Hotel Circle, Balboa Park and the downtown core.

  • Interstate 15: From Mira Mesa & Escondido

    Down the 15 through Miramar, or up from Mission Valley and the South Bay.

  • Highway 52: From Santee & East County

    West on the 52 past Tierrasanta, or east from La Jolla and the coast.

  • Interstate 805: From Clairemont & the beaches

    A few minutes east of the 805 through Serra Mesa and Clairemont Mesa.

Kearny Mesa puts us close to MCAS Miramar and the military and veteran community across central San Diego. A large share of the people we treat here are carrying PTSD, post-concussive symptoms or sleep that never came back right.

    We're in Suite #2A, just off Sky Park Court. Give yourself a few extra minutes on your first visit and we'll take care of the paperwork with you.

    Sit down with our team

    A 30-minute conversation to understand what you're dealing with and answer your questions. No exam, no needles.

  3. Step 3

    See if PrTMS fits

    If you're a candidate, we'll walk you through a personalized treatment plan and how insurance applies to it.

  4. Step 4

    Decide on your timing

    Treatment is your call. If you'd like to start, we book your first sessions before you leave. If not, no follow-up calls.

The initial consultation is free. You will not be billed for the visit if you choose not to move forward.
